PRO TAX in Manchester seeks an experienced VAT professional at Associate Director or Director level to lead a growing Indirect Tax team. You will own a portfolio of high-quality client assignments, deliver complex VAT advisory work and contribute to business development across the region.

You will work closely with Partners and Directors, mentor junior VAT professionals and help shape the Manchester VAT offering while maintaining the firm's commercial focus and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive VAT advisory experience at senior level.
• Experience leading client portfolios and teams.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver a broad range of complex VAT advisory assignments, including specialist technical work, due diligence, VAT governance and dispute support.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities to generate new business.
• Work closely with Partners and Directors to support business development and expand Manchester VAT offering.
• Develop and mentor junior VAT professionals and foster a collaborative, commercially focused culture.
