Qualifications

• Previous experience operating at Associate Director or Senior Manager level within VAT Advisory.
• Strong technical VAT expertise gained within professional practice.
• Experience managing complex advisory projects and client portfolios.
• Proven track record of business development and generating new fee opportunities.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex VAT advisory projects across a diverse client portfolio.
• Provide expert advice on a broad range of VAT matters and specialist technical assignments.
• Lead VAT due diligence engagements and transaction-related projects.
• Take ownership of key client relationships, ensuring an exceptional level of service.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and generate new business.
• Work collaboratively with Partners, Directors and colleagues across tax, audit and advisory teams.
• Support the continued growth and development of the VAT practice across the region.
• Lead, mentor and develop junior VAT professionals within the team.
• Contribute to networking, thought leadership and wider market-facing initiatives.
