• Experience advising on corporate transactions and VAT recovery.

Responsibilities

• Undertake detailed planning and implementation of VAT work ensuring provision of an effective and cost driven service to clients in line with budgets.
• Work on complex indirect tax projects ranging from cross border VAT issues, providing detailed tax advice around corporate transactions including VAT recovery.
• Work across the wider tax teams spotting opportunities for cross-selling services.
