Job summary

King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a vascular ultrasound scientist to join the busy Vascular Lab at Denmark Hill. We provide training and mentorship to help you gain competency in examinations not currently within your scope, with support to develop skills confidently.

The role is mainly based at the Denmark Hill site with some cross-site work, and you will have opportunities to contribute to teaching, audits, and projects while delivering high-quality imaging and patient

Qualifications

• HCPC registered or CSVS accredited, or near qualification on STP in vascular science.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound examinations across a comprehensive range.
• Provide training and mentorship to gain competency in additional examinations.
• Contribute to teaching and training activities for STP trainees and students.
• Engage in audit and project work and participate in departmental governance.
• Be involved in cross-site activities and ensure high-quality patient care.
