Beebe Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Vascular Access RN (PICC) to provide specialized nursing care for patients requiring vascular access services. This per diem role involves PICC line insertions and management, with variable shifts including some weekend and holiday coverage.

The position requires a minimum of 5 years nursing experience, RN licensure, and certification in BLS and ACLS. Per diem employment offers competitive compensation and benefits package.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years nursing experience.
• RN - Registered Nurse
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Responsabilidades

• Perform PICC and midline catheter insertions using ultrasound guidance and evidence-based protocols.
• Assess, plan, and implement vascular access interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor catheter sites daily and intervene to maintain patency and prevent complications.
• Ensure infection prevention and safety protocols are followed.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding vascular access care.
