Job summary

Pro Talent is recruiting for an Audit Senior or Audit Semi-Senior in Brighton. You’ll plan and run audit fieldwork across a varied portfolio, and prepare statutory accounts alongside the audit work.

The independent firm offers a salary of £28,000 to £45,000 (dependent on experience), full study support for ACA/ACCA, a genuine variety of clients, and a clear route to progress in a busy, client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Audit experience in a UK accountancy practice.
• Ability to work with clients directly and build relationships.
• Willingness to study ACA/ACCA with support.
• Experience with charity, not-for-profit and SRA audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run audit fieldwork on a varied portfolio.
• Prepare statutory accounts alongside audits.
• Handle charity, not-for-profit and SRA audits.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and review work.
• Engage with clients and develop relationships.
