Job summary

ProTalent Limited in Brighton is seeking an Audit Senior / Audit Semi-Senior. The role offers a salary of £28,000–£45,000 depending on experience, with full study support (ACA or ACCA).

You will work across owner-managed businesses, charities and SRA audits, with early client contact and opportunities to progress in a friendly, stable team. The position provides a broad portfolio beyond routine audits, including accounts, tax exposure where you want it, and modern systems (Xero).

Qualifications

• Audit experience in a UK accountancy practice
• Open to Senior or Semi-Senior level
• Willing to study ACA/ACCA with study support

Responsibilities

• Planning and running audit fieldwork on a varied portfolio
• Preparing statutory accounts alongside the audit work
• Charity, not-for-profit and SRA audit work
• Working directly with clients and building relationships
• Supporting and reviewing the work of junior team members
• Involvement in accounts and tax work where exposure is desired
