ISS is seeking a highly organised Lifecycle & Small Works Manager to oversee project management within a healthcare environment. You will ensure safety, financial control and high-quality services across projects.
You will liaison with design teams, procure subcontractors and materials, approve RAMS, and manage life-cycle works to meet deadlines and budgets, building strong relationships with Service Managers, SPV, and Trust staff.

This role involves managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation, robust financial control, and the delivery of high‑quality services.
Job Description
In this role, you will liaise with design teams, compile quotes, update additional works logs, procure subcontractors and materials, approve RAMS, and manage all variation and life cycle work.
Additionally, you will provide advice and support to ISS Service Managers, SPV, and Trust staff, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
