Job summary

Contract Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Vehicle Panel Installer to join a growing team in the NR15 area. The role involves cutting, shaping and installing foam insulation panels into vans, following cutting lists and specifications to ensure precise panel conversions.

Full training will be provided; power tools and hand tools are used daily. The position is temp to permanent, with a pay rate From £13.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• No prior vehicle conversions experience required; full training provided.
• Must be confident using hand tools and portable power tools.
• Practical, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Own transport due to location and hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vans for panel installation and strip unnecessary fittings.
• Measure, mark and cut foam panels to cutting lists and specs.
• Install foam insulation panels securely inside vans.
• Build and install wheel boxes using MDF/plywood as needed.
• Use hand and power tools safely to fit panels and rebates.
