Job summary

QS Recruitment Ltd in Lincoln is seeking a reliable Van/Minibus Driver to join our team. You will travel nationwide to collect drivers after deliveries, transport passengers safely and professionally, and navigate varied routes from city streets to motorways.

Expect early starts at 6:00am, 8–12 hour days, Monday to Friday, with an hourly rate of £13.25 and up to 28 days of holiday. Sponsorship is not available. Please apply if you’re punctual, confident, and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Previous experience driving a van or minibus.
• Confidence driving in cities and across the UK.
• A reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
• A valid driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points for minor offences.

We’re looking for a confident and reliable Van / Minibus Driver to join our team in Lincoln, supporting ongoing work with nationwide travel.

This is no ordinary driving role! You’ll travel to destinations across the UK, collecting HGV drivers after they’ve delivered brand-new truck cabs and safely transporting them to their next destination.

Whether you’re navigating busy city centres, travelling along the motorway or exploring unfamiliar routes, you’ll need to be confident behind the wheel, enjoy being on the move and take pride in providing a safe and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Working Hours: You will be working Monday to Friday, start time is 6am and finish time will depend on the collections that day. Days average 8-12 hours.
