Job summary

QS Recruitment Ltd in Lincoln is seeking a reliable Van Driver to support vehicle movements and assist HGV drivers. You will drive a company van, follow HGVs to destinations, and transport drivers between points while planning routes and maintaining the vehicle.

Job Description

We are currently recruiting a reliable and flexible Van Driver to join a busy vehicle movement operation based in Lincoln.
This is a varied driving role supporting HGV drivers who are responsible for moving vehicles between collection and delivery locations.
The Role
You will operate a company van as a chase vehicle, following HGV drivers to designated locations and providing transport for drivers between vehicle collection and delivery points.
Duties will include:

• Driving a company van to support vehicle movements across the UK.
• Following HGV drivers to vehicle collection and delivery locations.
• Transporting drivers to their next vehicle collection point.
• Collecting drivers following completed deliveries and returning them to the Lincoln site.
• Planning routes and managing journey times effectively.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the company vehicle.
• Ensuring safe and professional driving at all times.

Hourly Rate: £13.50 p/h basic flat rateWeekly pay28 days annual leave

Working Hours: Shifts avaliable across Monday - Friday0600 start times10-15 hours shifts

Experience & Qualifications
