Job summary

QS Recruitment Ltd is seeking reliable drivers for an ongoing temporary role supporting a nationwide parcel collection company in the UK. You will have at least 12 months driving experience, hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points, and be prepared to start ASAP.

Typical day involves planned routes, up to 12 collections per shift, and some unloading at the yard. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 11am start, finishing around 7–8pm, with a winter schedule.

• At least 12 months of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete up to 12 collections per shift and assist with unloading as needed.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who is reliable, a great team player and can get stuck into the job from the get go.

We have opportunities available to join our team supporting our client who are a Nationwide parcel collection company. You will have at least 1 years professional driving experience and be available to start ASAP.
Going out on planned routes to new and existing customers, you will be polite, professional and good at communicating. You can expect to complete up to 12 collections throughout your shift and when you get back to the yard will be a team player who is happy to help with any unloading that may be necessary.

Duration: Immediate starts available offering regular and ongoing work through the winter months with an opportunity to work towards a permanent role if and when available.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: You will be paid £12.90 per hour.Holiday is accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.We do not offer Visa Sponsorships.

Working Hours: Work available throughout the week, Monday to Friday with 11am starts. You can expect to work until 7/8pm

Experience & Qualifications

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving licence
• No more than 3 points on your licence
• No DD/DR conviction codes
• Be over the age of 26 for insurance purposes
• Have at least 12 months worth of driving experience
