Effective Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Van Driver/Warehouse Operative in Reading. The role splits 50/50 between driving and warehouse tasks, delivering to customers and picking orders, with a mix of early starts and a 7:00am–4:00pm schedule, Monday to Friday.

Ideal candidates hold a full UK driving licence (3 points max) and have multi-drop experience, a hardworking, proactive attitude, and the ability to prioritise duties. Electrical wholesale experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence with up to 3 points.
• Experience delivering to multiple locations (multi-drop).
• Hard-working with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
• Electrical wholesale experience is an advantage but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Deliver goods and build relationships with customers.
• Plan delivery routes efficiently.
• Pick orders and load the van.
• Carry out general warehouse duties and related tasks.
