Driver Hire Reading - Van Driver Position

Driver Hire Reading is currently seeking an experienced Van Driver for a Temp to Perm role in Bracknell. The client specializes in distributing office stationary supplies.

Responsibilities include:

1. Working Monday – Friday, starting at 7am.
2. Making approximately 40 deliveries per day to businesses in Berkshire and surrounding counties.
3. Loading vehicles at the start of each shift.
4. Efficiently navigating to multiple delivery locations.

Pay rates during Temp to Perm:

• £13.69 per hour (basic rate)

These rates are paid via PAYE, inclusive of advanced holiday pay. There is a minimum of 8 hours pay per shift.

Candidate requirements:

• A full and valid UK driving licence.
• No more than 6 points (minor offences only).
• Previous commercial driving experience.
• References attesting to driving capacity.
• Appropriate PPE, including safety shoes and hi-viz.
