Driver Hire Reading - Van Driver Position

Driver Hire Reading is currently looking for an experienced Van Driver to work on a Temp to Perm basis in Bracknell. This client is a distributor of office stationary supplies.

The main duties include working Monday – Friday starting at 7am, making approximately 40 deliveries per day. Successful applicants will load their own vehicles at the start of each shift, navigate to multiple locations in Berkshire and surrounding counties, and make efficient deliveries to businesses only.

The pay rates during the Temp to Perm period are:

• £13.69 per hour (basic rate)

These rates are paid on a PAYE basis and include advanced holiday pay. There is a minimum of 8 hours pay per shift.

Requirements for candidates include:

• A full and valid UK driving licence
• No more than 6 points (minor offences only)
• Previous commercial driving experience
• References attesting to driving ability
• Appropriate PPE (safety shoes and hi-viz)
