Duties and Responsibilities

As a Van Driver, your duties will include:

• Multi-drop delivery work across the region
• Completing between 6 and 8 deliveries per shift
• Delivering products safely and professionally to business customers
• Loading and unloading goods when required
• Heavy lifting and handball duties
• Accurately completing delivery paperwork using an electronic POD device
• Conducting vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Adhering to all road transport and health and safety regulations

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday
• Ongoing long-term assignment
• Start times typically between 06:00 and 10:00
• Flexible start times available where possible
• Shift lengths generally between 8 and 12 hours

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to complete multi-drop delivery work
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work
• Strong attention to detail when completing delivery documentation
• Reliable and professional approach to work
• Good understanding of road safety regulations
