Job summary

People Solutions are recruiting for a Van Driver to join a Warrington-based operation. The role involves multi-drop deliveries and daily loading, maintaining high service standards. Shifts start early (05:00–08:00) and finish by early afternoon, with overtime opportunities and weekly pay.

A full UK driving licence is required. You will work five days out of seven, with on-the-job training and possible permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Full UK Category B Driving Licence.
• Minimum 12 months van delivery experience.
• No more than three penalty points for minor offences.
• Reliable, enthusiastic and customer-focused.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Loading your vehicle each morning before starting deliveries.
• Completing 5-8 store deliveries and collections per day.
• Delivering clothing, beauty and similar retail products safely and efficiently.
• Providing excellent customer service at each delivery location.
• Communicating effectively with customers and the transport office.
• Ensuring all goods are handled safely and correctly throughout the shift.

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Van Driver to join our well-established client based in Warrington, Cheshire.

This position is ideal for applicants who have previously worked as a Van Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Delivery Driver, 3.5 Tonne Driver or Store Delivery Driver.

Shifts

• Working five days out of seven
• Start times between 05:00 and 08:00
• Finish times between 12:00 and 18:00

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Van Driver, your duties will include:

Essential Skills

Desirable Experience

• Previous multi-drop van driving experience
• Experience delivering to retail stores or working within a logistics environment

Training Provided

• Driver assessment including theory and on-road evaluation
• Two-day paid induction following successful assessment
• One week of on-the-job training alongside an experienced driver
