Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting van drivers for furniture delivery in Dartford. Earn £14.75 per hour with 5 on/3 off shift pattern, 10-hour shifts starting around 5:30am, driving electric vans, and Temp-to-perm opportunities.

Training provided; part-time options may be considered. You will deliver flat-pack furniture to customers' homes across London and the M25, loading your own van each morning and choosing routes.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Be physically fit and happy handling furniture.
• Have a professional and friendly attitude.
• Are comfortable with early starts.
• Previous delivery experience is useful, but training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver furniture, mainly flat-pack, to customers' homes across London, the M25 and surrounding areas.
• Load your own van at the start of the day before setting off and manage your own route.
• Understand that deliveries may involve 1-man or 2-man teams depending on the furniture and delivery requirements.

The Best Connection are currently looking for Van Drivers on behalf of our client in Dartford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable drivers looking for regular work, a great shift pattern and the chance to work independently.

The Job

• £14.75 per hour
• 5 days on / 3 days off
• Approx. 10-hour shifts
• 5:30am starts
• Electric vans
• Temp-to-perm opportunities
• Training provided
• Part-time availability may be considered

You'll be delivering furniture, mainly flat-pack, to customers' homes across London, the M25 and surrounding areas.

Deliveries are planned for you based on weight and distance, so your route is organised before you head out.

You'll load your own van at the start of the day before setting off. After that, you have the freedom to manage your own day and work through your allocated route.

The role involves a mixture of 1-man and 2-man deliveries, depending on the furniture and delivery requirements.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for reliable and hardworking drivers who:

• Hold a full UK driving licence
