Job summary

HRGO Recruitment is seeking a reliable 3.5 T van driver for a Mitcham-based role. You will drive throughout London and surrounding areas, delivering high-value products while loading and unloading with care. A full UK manual licence and strong customer service skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4pm, with a competitive hourly rate. This is a permanent opportunity for the right candidate in a supportive team environment.

• Experience driving a 3.5 tonne van is preferred.

Pay: £14 - £14.50 per hour

HRGO Recruitment are seeking a reliable 3.5 Tonne Van Driver to join our well-established client in Mitcham, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a close-knit team where employees have built long-term careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving a 3.5 tonne company van throughout London and surrounding areas.
• Collecting and delivering high-value products.
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and carefully.
• Ensuring the van is maintained to a high standard.
• Managing delivery schedules and routes effectively.
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
• Representing the company professionally when interacting with customers and clients.
• Working independently and taking responsibility for your daily workload.

Requirements

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• No DD's or DDR's, no more than 6 points.
• Previous experience driving a 3.5 tonne van.
• Confidence driving throughout London and navigating busy routes.
• Experience handling valuable or fragile products is advantageous.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
