Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment is seeking Home Delivery Drivers in Bristol to join a client renowned across the UK retail sector. You will operate a 3.5t van, delivering goods to customer homes or collection points, with an emphasis on professional, friendly service.

We offer immediate starts, competitive £14.23 per hour pay, weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and on-site facilities. Full site induction and initial training are provided to new hires.

Qualifications

• Must hold a UK driving licence for at least 6 months.
• May accept up to 6 points on licence; certain endorsements (DD, TT, DR, CD, IN) are not accepted.
• This is a customer-facing role requiring a friendly, helpful demeanor and clear English communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 3.5t van for home deliveries or collection points.
• Deliver products to customer homes and/or collection points.
• Ensure PoD paperwork is completed accurately.
• Perform vehicle checks and complete industry-standard paperwork.

Home Delivery Driver - The role & responsibilities

• Driving a 3.5t van
• Delivering products to Customer Homes and/or collection points
• Ensuring PoD paperwork is completed properly
• Vehicle checks and industry standard paperwork completion

This is a Customer facing role, so we are looking for people with a friendly, helpful demeanor who are well presented and have a good grasp of the English language.

About you

You will have your Driving Licence for at least 6 months. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements.
