Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment is seeking Home Delivery Drivers to work with a major UK retailer in Exeter. You will drive a 3.5t van to deliver products to customer homes or collection points, ensuring POD paperwork is completed accurately and performing vehicle checks.

A friendly, well-presented appearance with good English is essential. Applicants should have a UK Driving Licence held for at least 12 months, and are expected to travel to and from the site for shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have held UK Driving Licence for at least 12 months.
• Recent experience driving a 3.5t van preferable.

Working Hours:Various shifts available - Full-time - Part-time - weekends only - shifts to suit most

Home Delivery Driver - The role & responsibilities:

• Driving a 3.5t van
• Delivering products to Customer Homes and/or collection points
• Ensuring PoD paperwork is completed properly
• Vehicle checks and industry standard paperwork completionThis is a Customer facing role, so we are looking for people with a friendly, helpful demeanor who are well presented and have a good grasp of the Englishlanguage.

About you:

• You will have your Driving Licence for at least 12 months. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements.
• You will be a UK resident (we are unable to assist people with VISAs) and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift.
