Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment is seeking Home Delivery Drivers in Exeter to join a client known across the UK retail sector. You will drive a 3.5t van, deliver to customer homes or collection points, and handle PoD paperwork with a service-minded approach.

We offer flexible shifts (full-time, part-time, weekends) and a site induction plus training. You will be a friendly, well-presented driver with good English, able to travel to the site for shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have held UK driving licence for at least 12 months.
• Recent experience driving a 3.5t van preferable.
• UK resident; no visa sponsorship and able to travel to site for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 3.5t van to deliver products to customer homes and/or collection points.
• Ensure PoD paperwork is completed properly.
• Perform vehicle checks and complete standard paperwork.

Home Delivery Driver - The role & responsibilities:

• Driving a 3.5t van
• Delivering products to Customer Homes and/or collection points
• Ensuring PoD paperwork is completed properly
• Vehicle checks and industry standard paperwork completion

This is a Customer facing role, so we are looking for people with a friendly, helpful demeanor who are well presented and have a good grasp of the English language.

About you:

You will have your Driving Licence for at least 12 months. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements.

You will be a UK resident (we are unable to assist people with VISAs) and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift.
