Job summary

Restore plc is seeking a hands-on Van Driver / Service Delivery Operative to join our Physical Services team in Wolverhampton. You will handle the secure destruction and indexing of documents, ensuring data safety while supporting daily warehouse operations and customer deliveries.

This full-time role requires a valid UK driving licence, the ability to stand for long periods, lift boxes up to 5 kg, and work across multiple sites as needed.

About The Role

Role: Van Driver Location: Wolverhampton (WV13 3XB) - Must be required to work at more than one site based in Wolverhampton Contract Type: Perm/ Full-Time Hours: 40 hours, Monday - Friday. Shifts may vary up to 11hrs a day on some Routes Salary: £26,520 per annum Must have a Valid UK Licence

We are looking for a motivated Van Driver / Service Delivery Operative to join our Physical Services team within Restore Information Management. Our warehouse team plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest levels of data security, ensuring the secure handling and destruction of documents to keep our customers' information safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Track, check and protect customer information through careful handling and indexing of records.
• Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with documented procedures.
• Utilise our Records Management system to manage records efficiently.
• Record and store incoming boxes, files, and documents in designated warehouse locations.
• Handle archive boxes and materials using safe working practices and equipment provided
• Maintain confidentiality and data security standards
• Support operational targets and service delivery
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely at height through the shift. (Essential)
• Able to securely handle materials and data in line with safety and confidentiality standards, ensuring no breaches or violations. (Essential)
• Able to use a trolley safely to move multiple boxes (typically 5-6 at a time). (Essential)
• Confident in carrying out physical tasks, including lifting, wrapping pallets, sorting, moving materials safely and repetitive handling of boxes weighing approximately up to 5kg. (Essential)
• Experienced using navigation tools safely and effectively whilst driving. (Essential)
