Job description

Premier Recruit are currently recruiting for 4 Van Driver/ Drainage Operatives on a Temp to Perm basis for our client who are a Drainage Contractor based in Enfield and working in conjunction with Thames Water. We can offer an almost immediate start to successful applicants.

You will be working as part of a 2-person team unblocking drains outside properties and on the public highway. This is dirty and physical work but will be a secure position working on behalf of a National Utilities Company, ensuring good long-term job security.

All Personal Protective Equipment will be provided. No experience is needed for the role as we will provide you with the best training for this job. Your first two days at work will be at the Head Office in Slough before training at the Beckton Depot for a few weeks, after which you will commence work at the Enfield Depot which opens in March 2025.

This position is a 12-week Temporary to Permanent contract, and following the temporary period, this will result in a permanent position if successful.

Pay rates for the first 12 weeks are £11.50 - £17.50 (Overtime).

Please note this is a 4 On 4 Off role working on days.

• Driving Licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
