Job summary

Bedford Perm is recruiting a Driver in Leighton Buzzard to join a well-established client. The role involves delivering car parts to local garages, loading/unloading, and providing excellent customer service. Hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a salary of £12.71 per hour and weekly pay.

Immediate start available. Applicants should have a full UK Driving Licence, be familiar with the local area and demonstrate reliable time management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Delivery Driver, Van Driver or similar.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Good knowledge of the local area.
• Reliable with excellent time management skills.
• Friendly and professional approach to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Delivering small car parts to local garages within the local area.
• Loading and unloading the vehicle safely.
• Completing deliveries in a timely and professional manner.
• Providing excellent customer service at each delivery point.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring the vehicle is kept clean and roadworthy.
• Following planned delivery routes and schedules.
