Job summary

Pertemps North West and North Wales is seeking an experienced Van Driver in Haydock to join a busy pharmaceutical delivery operation. You will work Monday to Friday with start times between 6:00am and 7:00am, handling approximately 40 deliveries per day in a company van.

Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have van/multi-drop delivery experience. Drug and Alcohol tests and a DBS check are required prior to starting.

Van Driver

Location: Haydock

Salary: £13.52 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am-7:00am starts

Shift Length: Approximately 10 hours per day

Our client is currently recruiting for experienced Van Drivers to join their busy pharmaceutical delivery operation on a Monday to Friday basis.

Please note: Successful applicants will be required to successfully complete a Drug and Alcohol test and DBS check prior to commencing employment.

The Role

• Monday to Friday working pattern
• Start times between 6:00am and 7:00am
• Average 10-hour shifts
• Approximately 40 deliveries per day
• Driving a company van to complete scheduled deliveries
• Loading and unloading goods safely
• Providing excellent customer service at each delivery
• Completing all deliveries accurately and within the required timescales
• Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any issues

The successful Van Driver will:

• Have previous van driving or multi-drop delivery experience
