Location: Grays RM20

Hours: 5-6 days per week, Monday to Saturday, from 10am starts. Please note that drivers MUST be able to work on Saturdays.

Pay Rate: £13.12 PAYE

Job Type: Ongoing, with potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.

Role Responsibilities:

• Operate a company van safely and efficiently to deliver and collect parcels from the Parcelshop and Smart Locker network.
• Manually load and unload packages.
• Follow established delivery routes and schedules.
• Handle all parcels with care and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service to recipients and senders.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Manage up to 1000 parcels per day.
• Assist in warehouse tasks, especially loading and unloading in bays.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid UK driver’s license.
• No more than 6 points on license (minor offences only).
• Ability to pass a driving assessment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to manually load and unload vehicles.
• Flexibility to work 5-6 shifts weekly, including weekends.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
