Job summary

The Best Connection Scotland are currently recruiting for van (Cat B) drivers to load and deliver loads to Dumfries, with ongoing full-time hours at Edinburgh area depots. Shifts are 8 hours minimum, Sunday to Saturday, with rota patterns including Sunday-Thursday, Friday-Monday, or Monday-Friday.

Basic duties include loading, delivering, and vehicle upkeep, with a good level of fitness required. Rates start at £13.50 per hour for Monday-to-Friday work, with time-and-a-half after 8 hours and on

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Cat B (Car) license.
• Minimum 2 years driving experience.
• Documented work history.
• Excellent customer service with good English.

Responsibilities

• Load materials onto the vehicle.
• Deliver to a hub in Dumfries.
• Maintain vehicle condition and cleanliness.
• Provide reliable customer service while on shifts.

ONGOING VAN DRIVER POISTIONS - EDINBURGH

The Best Connection Scotland are currently recruiting for our National Client who is in the market for Van (Cat B) drivers to load and deliver loads to Dumfries

This role is Ongoing or if your just looking for an odd weekend shift, Depots are based in the Edinburgh Area and is a 7 days a week role, rota can be Sunday to Thursday/Friday - Monday to Friday/Saturday, 8am start to finish (Pd 8hrs min)

Basic duties will include:

Loading materials onto vehicle

Delivering to a Hub in Dumfries

General upkeep of vehicle.

A good level of fitness is required

Shifts run Sunday to Saturday

Requirements:

Valid Cat B Lic (Car)

2 years driving experience

Documented work history

Excellent Customer service skills - Must have a good level of English

Monday to Friday £13.50ph

Time and Half after 8hrs and a Saturday

Double time on a Sunday

Holiday pay accrued separetley
