Job Title: Van Driver

We are a key supplier to some of Brighton’s best restaurants, cafes, and hospitality venues, providing top-quality food products that chefs rely on daily. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Van Driver to join our team and help ensure that every delivery meets the high standards our customers expect.

Role Overview

The Van Driver plays a key part in the timely delivery of essential items, helping to drive efficiency and customer success. This is a dual-role position, combining driving and warehouse duties, including delivering goods to customers and assisting with warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure daily operations are effective, efficient, and compliant with all legal, health and safety, hygiene regulations, and company policies.
2. Deliver routed deliveries and collections within and around Sussex and surrounding areas.
3. Represent the company professionally on the road and relay relevant information to the team.
4. Maintain the company van, perform daily checks, and report any defects.
5. Complete all required paperwork accurately and in full.
6. Minimize wastage by correctly maintaining and storing products.
7. Load, unload, inspect, and operate the delivery vehicle safely.
8. Assist with warehouse tasks as needed.

Additional Information

Salary: £13.00 per hour

Shift: 6 days out of 7
