Salary: GBP83.33 GBP89 per day

As a School Van Driver and Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Driving the school van or minibus to safely transport students to and from school or activities.
• Assisting teachers with day-to-day classroom management and student support.
• Providing one-to-one or small group assistance to help students access learning.
• Creating a safe and nurturing environment where students feel supported.
• Supervising students during non-classroom times such as trips and transitions.

To be successful as a School Van Driver and Teaching Assistant, you must:

• Hold a full, clean driving licence (D1 category is ideal, but not always necessary depending on vehicle).
• Be confident, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for helping young people.
• Ideally have previous experience working in a school or youth setting (though training can be provided).
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
• Be available for a full-time, long-term role starting immediately.
