Job summary

Barretts of Canterbury Limited is seeking a delivery driver for our Vehicle Parts Distribution Centre in Birchington, Kent. You will deliver parts across Kent, Sussex, Essex and London, loading/unloading the van and keeping accurate delivery records.

A clean driving licence and reliability are essential, with a focus on punctuality and local knowledge. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with the role based at the Birchington hub.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (preferably no points).
• Aged over 25 (insurance restrictions).
• Delivery driver experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading the van.
• Completing deliveries on time across Kent, Sussex, Essex and London.
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and collections.
• Familiarity with local areas and a clean driving record.

Vehicle Parts Distribution Centre located in Birchington, Kent.

About the Role

We are currently looking for a candidate who is interested in joining our growing parts centre, distributing Stellantis, BMW, JLR, Kia, Nissan and Honda parts.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering parts across Kent, Sussex, Essex and London. Your duties will include loading and unloading the van, completing deliveries on time, and maintaining accurate records of deliveries and collections. Familiarity with the local areas and a clean driving record are essential for this position.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, well-organised and meticulous. A technical interest is also essential, as having a good understanding of the parts you are handling will be one of the keys to success.

• Full UK Driving Licence (preferably no points)
• Aged over 25 (due to insurance restrictions)
• Delivery driver experience preferred but not essential

Full-time position

Salary – Living Wage.

Working hours - Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Due to Hub location own transport is essential.
