Sharpsmart is recruiting a customer-focused driver to support healthcare customers with safe waste collection and delivery services across the UK. You will handle loading, unloading and route delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and customer care.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving license and ideally ADR (preferred).
• Experience operating vehicles safely, with a manual gearbox.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver on time and communicate changes clearly.

• Provide strong customer service and build positive relationships with healthcare clients.
• Operate vehicles in a safe manner and follow routes as scheduled.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused driver to utilize your experience with our healthcare customers.

What will the role involve?

• Safely collecting, delivering and storing our containers at customer locations
• Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships
• Operating vehicles in a safe manner
• Completing deliveries to time schedule, and clearly communicating changes or challenges as they arise
• Loading and unloading
• Managing a route per leaderships direction | delivering timely, efficient and effective service
• Complying with regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections
• Heavy lifting

Who are we looking for?

• Full UK Driving License
• ADR (preferred)
• A flexible, can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
• Experience operating vehicles in a safe manner with a manual element
• On time delivery practices and the understanding of our essential service
