Job summary

Samworth Brothers is looking for a customer-facing role based in Greater London. You will deliver full customer service by checking stock availability, processing returns and performing merchandising tasks as required.

Full training will equip you to serve customers under service agreements, develop relationships and manage inquiries professionally. You will also ensure a safe, clean vehicle and drive with courtesy to maintain the company’s high-quality image, while using IT systems to keep

• You will be responsible for ensuring that you have a safe, clean, tidy vehicle that is driven in a safe and courteous manner to reflect the Company’s high-quality image.
• Use the It systems to keep information up to date.
