Qualifications
Experience in developing and/or reviewing valve procurement specifications for nuclear power plants.
Familiarity with ASME BPVC, API, and nuclear quality assurance requirements.
Knowledge of NRC regulations related to mechanical components in nuclear facilities.
Responsibilities
Engaged in the development of requirements and specifications for valves in nuclear power plants.
Support engineering and licensing requirements for the SMR-300 program.
Lead the licensing and construction of the first SMR-300 plant.
Skills
In-depth knowledge of valve design
Excellent technical writing skills
Interpersonal and effective communication skills
Education
BS in an engineering discipline
Masters degree in Mechanical or other engineering discipline
