Job summary

Vbeyond is seeking a Value Engineer in London to identify business challenges, quantify value, and map solutions to strategic priorities. You will lead stakeholder workshops, quantify benefits, and track KPI realization to ensure measurable outcomes.

Bring experience in translating business needs into technology-enabled value, and work with cross-functional teams to realize benefits aligned with the business case.

Responsibilities

• Business Value Assessment: Identify business challenges and opportunities across a process and translate them into measurable value outcomes.
• Use Case Identification & Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and rank high-impact use cases by value, feasibility and ROI.
• Value Quantification & Business Case Development: Define KPIs, estimate cost savings, revenue impact, and operational improvements to build business cases.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Workshops: Run discovery sessions with business and technology stakeholders to understand pain points and priorities.
• Value Realization & KPI Tracking: Establish baselines and targets, track outcomes, and validate benefits against the business case.
• Key expectation: The VE should bridge the gap between business strategy and technology solutions, ensuring proposed initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.

Job description

• Business Value Assessment: Identify business challenges and opportunities across a process(es), and translate them into measurable business value and outcomes.
• Use Case Identification & Prioritization: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize high-impact use cases based on business value, feasibility, and expected ROI.
• Value Quantification & Business Case Development: Quantify the financial impact of proposed solutions by defining relevant KPIs, estimating cost savings, revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiencies, and building business cases.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Workshops: Conduct discovery sessions and value workshops with business and technology stakeholders to understand pain points, align on business priorities, and define value realization opportunities.
• Solution Alignment & Value Mapping: Work closely with solution architects, and implementation teams to map proposed solutions to business problems and demonstrate how technology capabilities can address KH-specific challenges.
• Value Realization & KPI Tracking: Utilise existing value realization frameworks, define baseline and target KPIs, track business outcomes, and work with stakeholders to validate realized benefits against the original business case.
