Job summary

Barrington James is seeking a senior market access consultant to lead complex reimbursement engagements for biopharma clients across Europe. You will shape evidence strategies, supervise multi‑partner projects and deliver practical, high‑quality outcomes.

This hands‑on role requires strong stakeholder management, proven payer/KOL research experience, HTA knowledge, and the ability to drive proposals, scoping and follow‑on work while mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of consulting experience in value and market access.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple engagements, project teams and client relationships.
• Strong primary research experience involving payers/KOLs and value‑strategy development.
