Job summary

CBRE is recruiting a Senior Surveyor to join the Operational Living Team in London. This full-time, permanent role operates with hybrid working and involves day-to-day valuation delivery, reporting, and client advisory across BTR, SFH, PBSA, and Co-Living assets.

You will manage valuations, lead modelling (DCF), quality control, and supervise junior valuers, working with the London and Hyderabad teams. MRICS is required, with strong Excel/Argus skills and client relationship experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Surveying, or related field.
• MRICS or equivalent PQE experience.
• Proven experience of managing client accounts.
• Proficiency with valuation software such as Argus Enterprise/Developer and Excel.
• Strong understanding of property market trends and valuation regulations.
• Ability to mentor junior valuers and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Conduct valuations and advisory work for loans, reporting and investment purposes.
• Manage valuations across UK assets and coordinate with London and Hyderabad teams.
• Support business development and client relationship building.
• Ensure high-quality advice and sign-offs with QA.
• Lead valuation modelling and produce reports with commentary.
• Train and mentor junior valuers as needed.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery to ensure quality output.
• Drive enhanced client reporting and dashboards.
