Job summary

A dynamic investment firm in Greater London is looking for a Valuation Analyst to contribute to portfolio valuations and reporting. You will work closely with the team to prepare individual company valuations, conduct market analysis, and support stakeholder meetings. Ideal candidates will have valuation experience, preferably within private equity or venture capital, along with superior Excel skills. Qualifications

• Valuation experience essential, preferably in a consulting firm with portfolio valuations.
• ACA / ACCA qualified or CFA charter holder preferred.
• Understanding of International Valuation Guidelines needed.
• Superior Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of portfolio valuations and associated reporting.
• Attend and take minutes at Valuation Committee meetings.
• Prepare fund performance analysis for marketing and financial reporting.
• Enhance and improve valuation models and processes.
