Job summary

Warner Scott Recruitment partners with a leading UK accountancy and advisory firm to recruit a Senior Manager/Associate Director for the Valuations team in London. The role delivers a broad portfolio of engagements, combining technical leadership with strong client ownership and high-quality delivery.

You will lead teams, drive business development, and contribute to the growth of the practice while mentoring managers and junior staff in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Valuation experience across commercial, financial reporting or tax
• Experience leading multiple valuation engagements
• Ability to develop teams and manage client relationships

Responsibilities

• Take overall ownership of valuation delivery across a broad range of products and client types.
• Provide technical leadership across valuation purposes including commercial, accounting and tax matters.
• Build and develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Lead, mentor and develop managers and junior team members.
• Support Partners and Directors with business development, proposals and marketing activity.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality control, risk management and best practice procedures.
• Maintain and develop personal technical competence across valuation methodologies and modelling.
