Job summary

FRP Advisory in London is seeking a Valuation Senior Associate/Manager to lead valuation modelling, financial analysis, and client interviews, delivering high-quality reports and insights.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA or CFA, 2-5 years’ experience in valuation, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. You will mentor juniors and manage client relationships to support various valuation engagements.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in the valuation team of a recognised accounting or advisory firm.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or CFA.
• Degree in Economics, Maths, Finance, or Business. A postgraduate degree is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of valuation methods such as Discounted Cash Flow, Guideline Company, Guideline Transaction, Black‑Scholes, and Monte Carlo.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the financial analysis and valuation modelling processes
• Oversee research on target industries, market, and competitor information
• Conduct and manage client interviews to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, working closely with management
• Review and present analyses and conclusions within comprehensive written reports
• Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring high standards of work quality
