Job summary

Beach Baker is seeking a senior, MRICS Valuation Director to lead and grow the Expert Witness division for a London-based property consultancy. The role offers autonomy, strategic influence, and a clear path to senior leadership.

You will act as Expert Witness or Single Joint Expert in matrimonial, probate, negligence, and commercial disputes, mentor the valuation team, and prepare reports for Courts and the Upper Tribunal. This is a senior, autonomous role with flexibility.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified with extensive PQE in commercial valuation.
• Current or recent experience acting as an Expert Witness.
• Strong track record of networking with solicitors, corporate clients, and other legal professionals.

Responsibilities
