CBRE UK is seeking a Valuer within the Metropolitan Valuation Team to lead valuations for loan security on commercial and residential assets. You will report to senior valuers, work with the London and Hyderabad teams, and deliver accurate valuations with efficient processes.

The role is hybrid with some remote days and offers opportunities to grow within a growing division focused on mid-sized loans, with direct client engagement and cross-division collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Real Estate, Surveying, or related field.
• MRICS qualified or equivalent with post-qualification experience.
• Knowledge of valuation methodologies and techniques.
• Proficiency in Argus Enterprise & Developer and Excel.
• Strong reporting and data analytics skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Conduct valuation and advisory work for loan security purposes.
• Perform property inspections and assist senior valuers with complex inspections.
• Collaborate with Hyderabad and London valuation teams on the process.
• Prepare reports and manage opportunity records up to execution.
• Conduct valuation modelling (including DCF) and data analysis.
• Ensure QRM compliance and maintain client relationships.
• Support junior team members and contribute to business development.
