Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Valuer/Senior Valuer/Associate Director to lead valuations for loan security across commercial and residential assets within the Midlands & South. You’ll work closely with London and Hyderabad teams to deliver accurate, compliant valuations and drive efficiency.

The role focuses on a growing Metropolitan Valuation Team, offering hybrid working with some in-office days. You will mentor junior valuers and contribute to client relationships and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Surveying, or a related field.
• MRICS qualification or equivalent with post-qualified experience.
• Proficiency in valuation software such as Argus Enterprise/Developer and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to produce accurate reports.
• Good understanding of market trends and valuation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation and advisory work for loan security purposes.
• Conduct property inspections and support senior valuers on complex cases.
