Job summary

Lithia UK is seeking a Valeter at Stratstone Southend Mercedes-Benz to ensure vehicles are presented to the highest standards. You will deliver customer satisfaction by maintaining showroom quality and moving vehicles as needed.

Requirements include a full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years and previous valeting experience. The role demands reliability, teamwork and excellent customer service. 33 days holiday and a Salary Sacrifice car scheme are offered.

Stratstone Southend Mercedes-Benz

Do you put your customer’s needs in the heart of everything you do, ensuring that you deliver a high standard and professional service to your customers?

As a Valeter your role is to primarily deliver customer satisfaction by ensuring that our new and used vehicles are presented to the highest possible standards.

You’ll represent the company in a positive fashion at all times through maintaining a high standard of cleaning and valeting for presentation to customers.

You’ll also be responsible for moving vehicles around the dealership.

For this role it is essential that you have held a full UK drivers licence for a minimum of 3 years.

What does the role involve?

• Cleaning New and Used Customer Vehicles
• You will maintain the vehicle stock in the showroom and forecourt making sure that the are cleaned to a high standard in line with manufacturing standards
• Moving vehicles on and off site

What do you need to succeed in this role?

• Full UK drivers licence, held for a minimum of 3 years
