Job summary

Lithia UK is seeking a Sales Executive for Vauxhall in the UK. You will be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused team that aims to make car buying simple and accessible.

You’ll receive tools and training from day one to build product knowledge, drive leads to sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be supported to grow your skills, upsell with accessories and financing, and work within FCA-compliant standards.

As a Sales Executive at Vauxhall, you'll be part of a fast-moving, customer-focused team that's all about making car buying simple and accessible. • Creating great experiences for our customers, from the moment they make initial contact; to helping them discover their perfect vehicle; to the day they drive away their highly anticipated new car
• Building your knowledge and expertise on our products and services, ensuring you build a genuine passion for the brand and are motivated to represent it with pride and excellence
• Becoming a true champion of the sales process, driving forwards all new and used car enquiry leads, whilst building a rapport with the customer to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised
• Delivering not just a new car but a complete, unique package to help your customers make the most of their purchase, upselling on accessories, extended warranty and finance packages
• Meeting the required standards for providing fair financial advice and services to our customers, adhering to FCA regulations; A collaborative team player, who is open to new ideas and appreciates the difference that each person makes
• Committed to taking personal ownership and treating our customers fairly, continuously learning to ensure you build your level of knowledge to be able to work in a regulated environment
• Has a passion for our industry, the people who work in it and the people we serve
• Be driven to exceed expectations and consistently achieve fantastic results
• Confident and experienced with computer systems, and a full UK driving licence - you'll have the opportunity to drive a huge range of thrilling vehicles

Basic salary of £22,00 with an OTE of £42,000 (UNCAPPED) plus bonus guaranteed for 6 months, 40-hour working week, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.
