Job summary

Stratstone Liverpool Audi is seeking a dedicated Valeter to ensure our new and used vehicles are presented to the highest standards and deliver excellent customer satisfaction. You will represent the company positively, keep vehicles clean and move them around the dealership as needed.

The role requires a full UK driving licence (minimum 3 years) and prior cleaning/valeting experience. We offer generous benefits, including 33 days' holiday and various employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years.
• Previous or current cleaning/valeting experience.
• Reliable, flexible, positive and professional.
• Good team player with the ability to plan and prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Clean new and used customer vehicles to a high standard.
• Maintain showroom and forecourt vehicle stock, ensuring cleaning to manufacturer standards.
• Move vehicles on and off site as required.

Do you put your customer’s needs in the heart of everything you do, ensuring that you deliver a high standard and professional service to your customers?

As a Valeter your role is to primarily deliver customer satisfaction by ensuring that our new and used vehicles are presented to the highest possible standards.

You’ll represent the company in a positive fashion at all times through maintaining a high standard of cleaning and valeting for presentation to customers.

You’ll also be responsible for moving vehicles around the dealership.

For this role it is essential that you have held a full UK drivers licence for a minimum of 3 years.

What does the role involve?

• Cleaning New and Used Customer Vehicles
• You will maintain the vehicle stock in the showroom and forecourt making sure that the are cleaned to a high standard in line with manufacturing standards
• Moving vehicles on and off site

What do you need to succeed in this role?

• Full UK drivers licence, held for a minimum of 3 years
• Previous or current cleaning/valeting experience
• Reliable, flexible, positive and professional
• Good team player with the ability to plan and prioritise own work load
