Hatfields JLR Pickering is hiring a Driver/Valeter to create an effortless customer experience. You’ll safely collect and return vehicles, ensuring each handover is smooth, professional and stress-free, and you’ll support the service team with day-to-day logistics.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver customer vehicles safely and on time.
• Coordinate loan and company vehicle movements across the dealership and surrounding areas.
• Perform basic vehicle checks before and after transport.
• Be a reliable point of contact for customers during vehicle transport.
• Assist the aftersales team with vehicle movements and day-to-day logistics.
• Uphold professionalism and represent the brand positively at all times.

As a Driver, you’ll play an important part in creating an effortless experience for our customers. You’ll safely collect and return vehicles, ensuring each handover is smooth, professional and stress-free. Every journey matters- whether transporting customer cars, assisting with loan vehicles or supporting the service team within the dealership.

You’ll be the friendly face that represents both our team and brand, helping to keep things running efficiently behind the scenes while delivering outstanding service every step of the way.

Your Journey as a Driver:

• Collect and deliver customer vehicles safety and on time, ensuring each handover is seamless
• Co-ordinate the movement of loan and company vehicles across the dealership and surrounding areas
• Perform basic vehicle checks before and after transport to ensure cars are clean, well-presented, and ready for customers
• Be a reliable and friendly point of contact, ensuring customers receive professional support during vehicle transport
• Assist the aftersales team with vehicle movements around the dealership and support day-to-day logistics
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, representing our brand positively at all times
