Job summary

Lithia UK is seeking a Valeter at Stratstone Southend Mercedes-Benz to ensure vehicles are presented to the highest standards. You will deliver customer satisfaction by maintaining showroom quality and moving vehicles as needed.

Requirements include a full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years and previous valeting experience. The role demands reliability, teamwork and excellent customer service. 33 days holiday and a Salary Sacrifice car scheme are offered.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years.
• Previous or current cleaning/valeting experience.
• Reliable, flexible, positive and professional.
• Good team player with the ability to plan and prioritise own workload.
• Exceptional customer service and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean New and Used Customer Vehicles.
• Maintain the showroom and forecourt vehicles cleaned to a high standard per manufacturer guidelines.
• Move vehicles on and off site.
