Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Perth is seeking a Valet Supervisor to support a busy branch and ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll coordinate deliveries, organise staff rotas, and maintain service standards across our Vauxhall/Fiat/Abarth/Jeep/Alfa Romeo/Leapmotor branch.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to work extra hours at busy times. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Organising daily deliveries and collections efficiently.
• Working with the branch manager to keep operations running smoothly.
• Promoting great customer service throughout the branch.
• Encouraging excellent communication between staff and management.
• Carrying out stock control of valeting materials and reordering as needed.
• Liaising with internal and external organisations.
• Ensuring valet bays are tidy and health and safety rules are followed.
• Organising staff rotas to ensure shifts are covered.
