Job summary

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time HCSW to deliver the school age vaccination programme and Covid vaccination delivery to housebound patients and care homes. The role includes admin support and working with the Integrated Vaccination Service across the Trust.

Applicants should have a Vocational Level 3 qualification, strong communication skills, and be willing to develop through training. DBS check is required and visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccines in schools, community clinics, care homes and homes.
• Collect vaccines and equipment from vaccine bases.
• Health promotion and vaccine education.
• Community engagement and liaison with schools and service users.
• Delegated administration tasks as identified by the admin lead.
